Tender Roast Beef Recipe
- 1 boneless beef roast (about 3-4 pounds)
- 1 packet of ranch seasoning mix
- 1 packet of au jus gravy mix
- 1 cup of beef broth
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Rub the olive oil over the beef roast and season with the ranch and au jus mixes.
- Pour beef broth into the pan and cover with foil.
- Roast for 3-4 hours, or until the roast is tender.
- Let the roast rest, then slice and serve.
Feel free to add vegetables to the roasting pan for a full meal. For a slower cooking option, use a slow cooker instead of the oven.
