Tender Roast Beef Recipe

  • Aluminum foil
  • Small Bowl
    • 1 boneless beef roast (about 3-4 pounds)
    • 1 packet of ranch seasoning mix
    • 1 packet of au jus gravy mix
    • 1 cup of beef broth
    • 1/4 cup of olive oil
    1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
    2. Rub the olive oil over the beef roast and season with the ranch and au jus mixes.
    3. Pour beef broth into the pan and cover with foil.
    4. Roast for 3-4 hours, or until the roast is tender.
    5. Let the roast rest, then slice and serve.

    Feel free to add vegetables to the roasting pan for a full meal. For a slower cooking option, use a slow cooker instead of the oven.
