Combine the Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, add the ground beef, French onion soup mix, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, and 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese. Mix in the chopped onions, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Gently combine until everything is evenly incorporated without overmixing. -
Shape and Prepare
Shape the mixture into a firm loaf. Carefully place it in the bottom of your crockpot. If desired, spread ketchup evenly over the top for extra flavor. -
Slow Cook
Cover and cook on Low for about 6 hours, or until the meatloaf is fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).ADVERTISEMENT
