Cheesy Ham & Corn Toast Sandwich

  • Lightly butter one side of each bread slice.

  • Spread the corn and ham mixture evenly on the unbuttered side of two bread slices.

  • Cover with the remaining bread slices, buttered side facing out.

  • Heat a non-stick pan or sandwich maker over medium heat.

  • Toast the sandwiches until golden brown on both sides and the cheese has melted.

  • Remove from heat, slice if desired, and serve hot.
