Brain-Boosting Milk Thistle Tea Recipe

  • Optional: ½ teaspoon dried rosemary or mint

  • Optional: 1 teaspoon raw honey or lemon slice


  • Instructions

    1. Lightly crush milk thistle seeds using a mortar and pestle or the back of a spoon.

    2. Bring water to a gentle boil in a small saucepan.

    3. Add crushed milk thistle seeds (and rosemary or mint if using).

    4. Reduce heat and simmer gently for 10–15 minutes.

    5. Remove from heat and let steep for an additional 5 minutes.

    6. Strain the tea into a cup.

    7. Add honey or lemon if desired.

    8. Sip warm.

    Makes 1 serving

    • Enjoy once daily, preferably in the morning or early afternoon

    • Can be taken 3–5 days per week as part of a balanced routine
